Information

Article 1 – Parties
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded between the Service Provider, on the one hand, and the User, on the other, under the following terms. In this agreement, "Service Provider" refers to the party providing the service, and "User" refers to the person benefiting from the service.

Article 2 – Subject
This Agreement governs the scope of the services offered to the User by the Service Provider, the terms of use, and the rights and obligations of the parties.

Article 3 – Service Description
The Service Provider agrees to provide the services to the User, whether online or in-person, under the specified conditions. Details of the service, duration, pricing, and other features are provided to the User through a separate informational document or platform.

Article 4 – Obligations of the Parties

4.1 The Service Provider is obligated to provide the service in the promised quality and within the promised timeframe.
4.2 The User agrees to use the service in accordance with the law and the terms of the agreement.
4.3 The User undertakes not to violate the rights of third parties while using the service.
4.4 The parties mutually agree to keep each other's personal data and trade secrets confidential.

Article 5 – Pricing and Payment
The pricing information for the service will be clearly communicated to the User in advance. Payment methods and terms are determined by mutual agreement between the parties. This clause may not apply if the service is free of charge.

Article 6 – Term and Termination of the Agreement

6.1 This Agreement shall remain in force until the completion of the service or until either party gives notice of termination.
6.2 Either party may terminate the agreement immediately if the other party breaches its obligations.
6.3 If the User is dissatisfied with the service, they may exercise their right of withdrawal under certain conditions (subject to legally prescribed timeframes).

Article 7 – Confidentiality
The parties agree to keep all information obtained under this agreement confidential. Information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

Article 8 – Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider is obligated to exercise due care in the provision of the service. However, the Company cannot be held liable for any indirect or incidental damages that may arise during the use of the service.

Article 9 – Force Majeure
Circumstances beyond the control of the parties that make it impossible to fulfill the contractual obligations (natural disasters, war, strikes, infrastructure problems, legal regulations, etc.) are considered force majeure. In such cases, the parties are not held responsible for their obligations.

Article 10 – Dispute Resolution
Conciliation will be the primary method of resolving disputes arising from this agreement between the parties. In the event of a disagreement, the competent judicial authorities will intervene.

Article 11 – Enforcement
This agreement shall enter into force upon acceptance by the User. The parties declare that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of the agreement.
