Day 1: Istanbul

 Flight to Istanbul. Transfer to the hotel.

Day 2: Istanbul

 In ancient times, Istanbul was known as 'Byzantium', later the name was changed to Constantinople (the city of Constantin). Canstantino­ple was the capital of the Byzantian Empire. We will visit the famous Hagia Sophia, which was the biggest bazilika in the world between the 5th-16th century. The Ottomans converted the building into a mosque and used it for 500 years as a mosque until it became a museum. The huge 'Covered Bazaar' from the 16th century,will be our next stop. We will walk trough the bazaar and enjoy the colourful merchandise and the sweet smwlling spices. The Bosphorus boat trip will amaze you and will give you a view of the Ottoman area, the Golden Horn as well as the Rumeli Hisar and the restored wooden waterside residences mostly from the Ottoman period. Dinner and overnight in Istanbul

Day 3: Trabzon

 After breakfast in the hotel, you will be transfered to the airport to fly to Trabzon. In trabzon you will be transfered to the hotel. Dinner an overnight in Trabzon.

Day 4: Rize

 After breakfast we will drive to Rize. Here we are going to visit the Fırtı­na Valley, the Ayder Upland. Dinner and overnight in the Ayder Upland .

Day 5: Rize / Trabzon

 After breakfast we will drive back to Trabzon. Trabzon is the second largest city in the region. Hazelnut, tea and tabacco are the agricultural products of this area. We will visit the breathtak­ing Sumela Monastery with itd fabulous frescos. The monastery was built at the Byzantian period 365-396 A.D. After the visit you will be transfered to the airport, for your flight to Istanbul. Dinner and overnight in Istanbul.

Day 6: Istanbul / Topkapı Palace and the Blue Mosque

 Your first visit will be to the palace of the Otto­man's, that was built in the 15th century. The treasury and holy relics of Islam and divine re­ligions are exhibited. Such as The beard oh Prophet Muhammet, his foot print and the swords of the followers (halefi) of the prophet. The next visit is to the 'Blue Mosque',built in the 16th cen­tury and has been the biggest mosque in the world for centuries. The Blue Mosque is famous for its thousands of blue tiles and six minarets. The Chora Museum, which has been used as church as well as mosque, with its unbelievable frescos, proves that Turkey a multi cultural coun­try in peace. Dinner and overnight in Istanbul.

Day 7: İstanbul

 After breakfast you will be transfered to the air­port
