The aparthotel is located between Kumkapi and the Blue Mosque in the Sultanahmet district. Most of the area’s sight-seeing attractions are accessible within a few minutes’ walk of the establishment. Local amenities can be found close by and public transport links to other areas of the city are located 200 m away. The train station is around a 9-minute walk from the hotel, and Atatürk International Airport and Sabiha Gökçen International Airport are some 17 km and 46 km away respectively.

The city hotel was modernised recently, in 2011. Travellers are welcomed at the apartment hotel, which has a total of 15 rooms.
