The hotel is located on Calle della Misericordia (a typical Venetian road), near the Lista di Spagna, the main street that leads from S. Lucia railway station to Rialto and St Mark`s square, the fabulous centre of Venice. The hotel is only 100 m from a stop for public waterbuses, called Imbarcadero, where guests can board `vaporetto` boats and travel in any chosen direction to the historical centre of Venice.
