The exclusive condo hotel is located on the Riviera Maya and is about 300 m from the nearest public transport, 35 minutes from Playa del Carmen and only around 90 minutes from Cancun International Airport.

The hotel was modernised recently, in 2011. Travellers are welcomed at the establishment, which has a total of 420 rooms. There are a total of 35 villas/houses.
