The villa complex is located behind the Talanguera district mayoral offices and the civic centre, about 2.5 km or a few blocks from La Chocolata, just about 5 minutes’ walk from the beach and some 5 minutes from the town centre and restaurants, supermarkets, banks and medical clinics.
