The nearest links to the public transport system are just 400 metres away, the centre of San Fernando is a 5-minute drive away and the Gran Canaria International Airport is approximately 35 km from the apartments.

The apartment hotel was built in 1973. 112 apartments offer guests a comfortable and relaxing environment. At the accommodation, guests are welcomed at the reception area with 24-hour reception and a 24-hour check-in/check-out service. Individual storeys are accessible via the lift or stairs.
