Location

The functional, furnished modern apartments are situated in L’Escala town centre, around 300 m from the beach. L`Escala is a resort with a long tradition of fishing and tourism. Situated in one of the most beautiful parts of the Costa Brava, the long sandy beaches and secluded coves make it the perfect holiday destination. L`Escala and the surrounding area also offer a wide range of pastimes such as water sports, historical sites and family entertainment. It is around 15 km to the nearest train station. Girona-Costa Brava Airport is approximately 50 km from the apartments.

Facilities

The apartment hotel was built in 2004. Guests are welcomed at the accommodation, which has a total of 17 rooms. These are located either in the 3-storey main building or in one of the 2 adjacent buildings, which have up to 3 storeys. Individual storeys are accessible via the lift or stairs. There is also a garden. A garage is available for parking (for a fee).

Rooms

Rooms feature air conditioning, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Most rooms feature a balcony with a view for guests` enjoyment. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are optionally bookable. Cots are available for younger travellers. A fridge, a cooker, a microwave and a tea/coffee station ensure a comfortable stay. In addition, there is a washing machine and an ironing set. A TV is included as standard. The accommodation units include a bathroom with a bathtub.
