The apartments are situated in a quiet residential area about 700 m from the nearest beach and the centre of Puerto de Pollensa. A diverse selection of shops, bars, restaurants and a large supermarket where guests will find all they will ever need whilst on holiday are located just 100 m from the complex. It is 60 km to the airport.

Facilities

The apartment complex was built in 1985. The complex has 25 apartments. A safe, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry are available to guests of the accommodation. Internet access in public areas allows guests to stay in touch whilst on holiday. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and an attractive garden. Those arriving in their own vehicles can leave them in the car park of the apartment complex. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Rooms

Each of the rooms is appointed with air conditioning, a fan, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. A balcony is included as standard in most rooms, offering additional space for relaxation. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Further bookable amenities include separate bedrooms. Cots are available for younger travellers. There is also a safe.
