The apartments are located 3 km from the main beach and the centre of Puerto Rico in a quiet area of the hillside ideal for couples and families. The shops, bars and restaurants of the Europa shopping centre are within two hundred metres of the hotel and Gran Canaria Airport is approximately 45 km away.

Facilities

The apartment complex was built in 1989. Travellers are welcomed at the accommodation, which has a total of 112 rooms. A lobby and a reception are available to guests. The individual storeys can easily be reached via the lift or stairs. Services and facilities at the hotel include a currency exchange service, a café and a bar.
