The brand new apartment complex is situated near the River Maritza, overlooking Rodope Mountain, right in front of the northern entrance of the International Plovdiv Fair, on a main boulevard in Plovdiv city. The centre of Plovdiv is about 1 km away, where a tourist office and the Old Town are located. Plovdiv Airport and Sofia Airport are about 20 km and 150 km away, respectively.

The apartment hotel was built in 2008. 33 apartments offer guests a comfortable and relaxing environment. At the accommodation, guests are welcomed at the reception area with 24-hour reception and a 24-hour check-in/check-out service. Services and facilities at the hotel include a restaurant and a conference room. Those arriving in their own vehicles can leave them in the car park of the hotel.
